ME SQUAT/DEADLIFT:
Fucking woke up too late! I woke up at 1 pm instead of 12 pm, meaning that I had to rush through my workout to make it home in time to take a shower and leave for work...
To noone's surprise, I still went. Got there at 1:30, meaning I had 40 minutes to get 'er done.
A2G Front Squats: 185 x 5, 225 x 5, 275 x 3, 315 x 1, 355 - miss. I was going pretty fast through all this with about a minute between sets. Sometimes it was a walk to the water fountain and back for another set. The 315 was easy though, and the 355 was a barely missed new PR, which can be easily attributed to rushing my dumbass through the workout at warp speed. No DROP set today..
Conventional deads I went lighter because I was still in the mental fog of waking up and lifting within 10 minutes of each other.

Did a bunch of sets working up to 475 x 1. Nothing special..
Pullthroughs (190 x 3 x 12) ss w/ weighted hypers (40 x 2 x 10) followed by 2 x 20 banded abs pulldowns.
