In reguards to the 5x5 programs can someone please explain the difference between single factor and dual factor for me? It's probably a simple explination but for some reason I'm just not getting it. It usually takes me about 10 times of reading something for it to sink in to my head, but I'm just not seeing this one. It's probably been asked before but does anyone want to explain it for me.
