RE BENCH:

Started back up my 5 x 5 bench with 295 lbs (vs. 285 before). It was fucking easy. This time I took exactly 3 minutes rest per set vs. before just going within 2 minutes or so. Who would've thought?!

Strict OHP's I kept 195 for 3 x 5 and completely owned it. Super form, strong all over. Kept 3 minutes per set, which again, definately helped. Usually I'm rushing through like a Next week I'm increasing bench to 305 and OHP's to 205. My goal after week 3 is to have a new 5 x 5 max of 315 lbs. Booyah?

Weighted Pullups: 40 lb DB x 2 x 5. Really strong today on these. * On a side note, if someone's trying to increase strength, this exercise will definately increase PULLING POWER better than any machine. LOL... Just gonna have to take my word for it... There's nothing better than to load up a lot of weight between your knees, deadhang between each rep, and kick some ass...

- Pulldowns: 240 x 2 x 10 super wide
- Chest-Supported Rows: 320 x 3 x 10 (3 plates/25 per side)
- Incline Curls ss w/ Tate Presses (haven't done these in ages!)..
45 lb DB's for both exercises, 3 x 10 per.. Tate presses rock for triceps.. I'm gonna start doing a lot of these.

Ended my workout with 2 x 15 side laterals (40 lbs).

I guess everyone still remembered the 405 press last week because I had a hundred questions about what I do in a day, what's my schedule, why do I think a 5 day split sucks, do I juice.. You fucking name it! It was a good thing for me because it motivated me to push harder, and more importantly, it forced me to rest between sets.
