I cycle my 5x5 training routine with 5 weeks on and 2 weeks off the 2 weeks off training is using lighter weights and higher reps more shaping movements! YOU should also modify your diet so your on a cutting type of diet while your 2 weeks off 5x5 then go back to 5x5 and up cals again. Brian
