My goal is to be lean and muscular. I want to have a "ripped" look. The whole V-taper body, 6 pack abs, and softballs for biceps. haha I didn't realize how rediculous that sounds until after i just read it over. But it's the only way i could think of how to explain it. I'm also going to be in the ROTC in college next year. So running is going to be essential.
