2 weeks off!!!
Hi all,
For the past 2 weeks i have been off bodybuilding and giving my body 2 weeks of rest and recovery. I have also stoped supplementing my body with mass protein shakes ,creatine,glutamine and amino acids which i know i should not have done .The thing is that i have lost 5kilos in those 2 weeks and i look slightly smaller especially my arms.
On January i start again my mass diet with the 5x5 routine ,is this the best routine for me to gain muscle mass
I say this because i have been on the 5x5 routine for 2-3 months yes i gained from this routine but i saw more benefit in strength than in muscle mass .
What do you think people!!!!!
