These guys are looking out for you. It may seem a little harsh but ive been there too. I did gear when i was too young and it messed me up in a lot of ways. Ive added almost 40lbs naturally but its taken a long time. 11 years. But bro its worth the wait trust me. Im now just looking at doing gear again at the age of 30.
