Hey question about the 5X5
Hey everyone I'm new on this site
and I'm just getting into the whole body building working out regimine
Ive been working out consistnly for a year and have dropped twenty pounds. (6'0,220) however I don't have the strength
Ive done some research online, and heard the 5X5 is a good workout in terms off strength, however I'm not trying to attain to much mass, because I wanna get cut (defined) is this work out for me or no?
