Very logical and well thought out article. It makes perfect sense. Definitely a message that many people coming on here need to have hammered home!

Absolutely.
I've noticed that muscle maturity in myself. I've never found it easy to put on mass but I notice now that my body's ability to maintain that mass is much better (although I am sure there are many factors at play there).
