LOL.. If you were really slinging a lot of weight, you would not have opened this thread. That's all that needs to be said.
Everything works out of the gate, but when you start accumulating strength and mass, those gains will slow, and you'll certainly overtrain if you continue on the path you're following.
Less is more for 95% of the populace, and 99% if you've been lifting for a couple of years.
