Default Recovery problem

Im on my 3rd week of doing full body training. I was hoping to get 3 workouts a week doing 5x 5-8 for each body part. I have been doing the following excercises, squat or deadlift(alternating), pull downs, bench press, upright rows, curls, calf raise, dips sometimes. the problem is its taking about 4 days to feel fully recovered. Im not sure if I should i do less sets, some kind of supplement, or what. Any suggestions would be great.
