Yeah, similar thing for me. Truth is I started messing around with weights when I was around 12. But what I did could really be termed more endurance work when it came down to it. I got a certain amount of growth but all I knew to do was add more volume and more exercises. I used to have a workout pinned to my wall that took up almost an entire yellow legal sheet!
