I'm also sorry to hear about this. It sure must be tough to deal with . But Just because you don't THINK you can work out again , later in life (or after the surgury) that is no reason to give up everything. You sure seem to enjoy the life of bodybuilding / working out, eating right, helping people and recieving information. Atleast try to stay possitive, I know it's easier said then done, but you have put alot into this board (and others) use the education to help others in your situation.

I don't really know what to say, I wish you the best....and remember just because the doctors say it doesn't mean it's going to happen. I had a friend when I was a kid, he was born with spinabiphida (sp?) well he wasn't supost to walk by the time he was 10. at 16 he was playing on a AAA hockey team.........so you never know.
