I dislocated my knee cap when I was 13 and the doctors all said I wouldn't be able to play sports again or do any kind of wieght training on my lower body... Well I'm playing baseball, soccer, waterpolo, did boxing and karate and even rugby! So don't think your doctor is God, because everytime I get into the squat rack and under that bar, I prove that my doctors were all fuckin wrong. Nothing is over, the fat lady hasn't sung yet.
