Im keepin track of everything Ive ate so far today-
I just now realized that I easily take in over 3000 calories a day- considering I drink 2 protein shakes, 1300 cal each, so thats 2600 there. But none the less.... on some foods it doesnt have nutrition facts(like eating at max and ermas) ect. so therefor how do you assume how many calories it has?
