From my recent experience you wont even be able to get through a workout session without having to snap a grogan. And once you let that first grogan go it's non stop for about 2 hours. I'm talking liquid grogans every 10 minutes for a couple of hours. I thought it was something else in my diet that was causing the problem but I did a little research and found out there is an ingredient in that stuff that is a laxative and trust me it works. I only drank the stuff for 4 days until I figured out what the hell was going on. Once I quit drinking the stuff I stopped peeing out of my ass. However, I am going to keep the rest of it just in case I do need a laxative. lol This stuff will work wonders if your mudd hole is clogged.

During my research I found that SP250 has the laxative effect on about 80% of the people who take it. The other 20% of the people claim they get a good pump that lasts for a few hours after their workout and didnt have probs with their digestive track. They also claimed an increase in stength as well as having enough energy to get a couple extra reps in.
