Hey Guys Im Cortez. I currently joined this forum because I am getting back into training this year. My goal is to tone my body so I could be satisified with myself and accepted more as an Actor. I have been reading alot of the posts on this site and I have been impressed and over joyed at the imformation that you guys are willing to share to help others.
