I don't disagree. However, again, as I made clear, the vague term 'typical bodybuilder' could be taken to mean a lot of things. If Lafit means 'typical pro bodybuilder' looking to compete, then fine. But how many young dudes come on here looking to use and everybody is all over his ass trying to talk sense into him. That person could easily take such a general statement and take it to mean exactly what he WANTS it to mean. I myself do not consider myself as some guy who likes to work out and stay in shape. I am much more obsessed than that. Does that mean I should take steroids at an earlier time since I don't fall into that category. Sorry guys, but I believe you have to be somewhat specific in this. There is always more than one viewpoint and so everything is not a clear cut answer.
So, Established: This doesn't apply to a young pro looking to compete in today's bodybuilding world, and may the force be with him.
But it may well apply to guys who consider themselves bodybuilders by certain standards (the vast majority of forum users).
Anyway, I know what Lafit was getting at and I know that you, Lafit, are looking to compete. But a lot of guys would say the same thing simply because they themselves took or are taking steroids at a young age. That's why I made the comment "spoken like a young steroid user". I was just inviting clarification, which I though was clear. Maybe I myself am being too vague
