Not too sure bout the hi-health multi, but GNC megamen is a good one.

CEE (creatine ethyl ester) is an advanced form of creatine. It doesnt need a loading phase or a glucose transport. Its barely more expensive than regular creatine monohydrate. Just get some CEE in bulk such as this one: http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=2237

Fish oil and flax are both essential fatty acids (EFA's). Flax is alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Fish Oil contains eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). ALA turns into EPA and DHA in the body, so essentially, they are the same thing.
