Also, excellent choice in protein as well. High quality and low price! The only better would be some whey isolate, but thats much more expenisve. And you'll never get bored of it either as it comes in so many flavors. And unless you blend your protein w/ other items all the time, dont get vanilla as it tastes bad by itself, at least to me.
