Hey Guys as some of you know, one of my goals is to cut. Im 6'1 220lbs and im getting back into training. Im not sure what kind of protein powder I should use that would help boost my metabalism and loose the excess fat. I thought of using muscle milk because others ive tried are so disgusting!! Do you guys suggest any good proteins that are not so damn disgusting but gets the job done at the same time? I dont know if muscle milk is good for cutting. Thanks Guys,
