Thanks a lot Eric3237, it is help like this that is why I make this place my iron worship home! I should have stated right off the bat that I am following Kethnaab's "Body Builder" version which replaces Power Cleans with Pendlay Rows - but your response makes me feel even more comfortable with this decision. I'm also about as coordinated as a drunk baboon on crack and I'd agree at this stage (without a coach) I'd besetting myself up for style problems if I went with the power cleans.

I'll also start a Journal when I get home from the gym. Even if the weight is going to look sad lol. But I seem to be the type of guy who really needs a layed out progression plan, as when left to my own devices I tend to get lazy and stall on increasing the weight. This program forces me to add weight everyday, just so I can match the goals I have written down in my workout log. I'm really excited about starting this and learning to squat properly!

Thanks again.

EDIT: I'll also be adding the accessory work in week 3 as recommended (Dips/Pull-ups). I'm going to follow this plan to the letter, as quite frankly my knowledge is limited. For now I'm going to avoid direct arm work, as I find it does more damage than good for me.
