Since your first meal is you pre-workout you definately need some protein and carbs. For the carbs, take some of your cell-tech as i know its loaded w/ carbs/sugar. Mix some protein in w/ that, 1 scoop of about 20g should do along w/ 30g carbs. For your pwo, make sure your getting at least 30g protein and 50-80g of hi GI carbs. Dextrose/Maltodextrin work best, but if you cant afford the supplement (like me), take a look at this list for some hi GI foods:http://www.bodybuilding.net/nutritio...ndex-1339.html
For the dinner, just make sure it falls inline w/ the rest of the days plan (cals, macros, etc) and try to make it either just protein and fats or protein and carbs (the carbs and fats are supposed to be separated).

Do you know your calories and macro intake?

Do you use the original hot-rox or the extreme one? You should try experimenting with it to see what works best. Maybe a few doses split up throughout the day, maybe half before workout and half after, or just all before hand w/ the first meal. Just make sure the results are worth the money.
