Stationary Bike - 8 minutes warmup.

Workout A -
squats - 3x5 - 80
benches - 3x5 - 115
deadlifts - 1x5 - 225

Fun workout today.

Worst part was missing the bus and having to walk home in the pouring (and cold) rain!
