I'm not noticing a great deal of fat in the mirror. A little is developing in my gut but I've been told that's part of bulking----it's not all going to look attractive at first.
I weigh myself once a week and was just wondering how to break down my gains. So, if it's not looking too unpleasant than I can assume it's quality muscle for the most part?
