Im actually trying to cut. I was told by a friend how much NO Shotgun really worked for him to build muscle mass but i have to cut first and then tone. And I thought Hot Rox along with intense cardio and diet would help me to cut faster so I could get to my main goals which is to tone?
Should I not use creatine( NO Shotgun) before my workouts? What do you guys take creatine with? Any suggestions? Thanks so much for your help!
