Stop getting caught up over all the latest designer supplement crap. Make sure your training AND diet are up to par. Then worry about supplements, the BASICS: protein, creatine, bcaa's, citruline malate, possibly some others im forgetting.

Well said, also keep in mind that if this product was as amazing as it is advertised the FDA would probably get it off the market asap
