Any way you say it it's not as good as whole protein. I have thrown back many a shake after a meal like that. Hell I have to force most of my food down my gullet anyway. Lot's of people do. BCAA's sound like and expensive way of doing something less effective than more whole proteins in the form of shakes. Not that I am advocation shakes, etc., so on. I'm just telling you straight up that if your going throw down a sup shake after a meal then whey, casein, etc. is going to be a more effective way.

12 grams of bcaa vs. 25 to 30 grams of whey? That's a no brainer to me.

I see what your saying about the water and all that. But I can't believe that the average person can't slam a shake down. It's not like a huge thing so really I don't see the point of bcaa's for that purpose. I have the worst appetite in history. It never gets better and I can alway get down a shake. I can do a couple of double cheesburgers, two large fries and still drink a large vanilla shake afterwards, even if I feel full. I may feel sick afterward, but...if I cared about that kind of thing I wouldn't be putting my body though this.

I think you are asking a whole lot more from bcaa sups than they are really going to deliver. Anyway what it comes down to is a disagreement over which supplement would be more useful when something extra is needed. At this point Flawed needs a whole lot more food period.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
