Whenever I'm cutting I like to incorporate a solid ab routine and work up a real good sweat in the process. I feel that the best exercise for your abs and overall mid-section is sex. Nothing hits those obliques like being on top of a girl and just slamming the pipe home. I've found that having sex with a fat girl forces you to use a better angle, too. Just climb on top, strap a plate to your ass and pound away. Your abs will be popping out in no time.
