Yeah I had to cap RR inorder to downit. or you can parachute it. (place your dose in the center of a tissue, twist it up, and drop it down to the gut)

Some people arent bothered by the taste, I was. I dont think I ever took it on an empty stomach, as i recall. It was always either right before or right after I ate. I dont know if thats optimal, but its better then it coming back up if it makes you naseous.
