Today's workout was fun, had a blast and felt fantastic!

8 Minutes on Bike to warmup.

Workout B
3x5 Squat - 90lbs
3x5 Standing military press - 80lbs
3x5 Pendlay Rows - 120lbs

I may be one lame A2G squatter, but I appear to be the only one in the gym
