I actually turned 17 in october, i was two years ahead at the school that i went to in the islands (dominican republic)
i just got back from there, vacation, and before then i was eating fast food and just junk all the time, now im planning on changing that drastically though, so far im on a lot less food, not depriving myself, but mixing it up a lot with sushis and stuff, staying away from fast food.
As for experience, i was capitan of my volleyball and soccer teams back home, and did gracie jujitsu for a while, ive been working out on and off ( i cant say ive done it properly for more than 6 months at a time) but i know what i am doing and how to basically set a routine up for myself, i just really need the help to get me properly going, whihc is why im asking for your opinions.
