So if you could pick one, would you rather build muscle mass or strength? Thats an important factor in making out a routine. And you wanna bulk...dont deprive yourself, but eat clean. Tell us what you currently eat. Keep a log of your training AND diet, huge tools. You need to eat at LEAST 250g of protein for someone of your size to bulk.
