Wow havent been in here since the 8th although all I did on wed is deadlift
So I was al set to start my new routine and had a serious 17 hour day yesterday at work, driving in the mountains,in snow and ice. Anyway got up this morning to tired to try something new so I hit chest,shoulders, quads, calves. My gym finally gets there leg press fixed, worked up to 14 plates...and it got stuck on the way down..
