Think of it as a two legged race. Your left lat represents a polish strongman and your right represents a 500lb fat fuck. You keep losing the race and wondering why when you've got a fuckin strongman on your team! You gotta work both at the same time and get them both to work as a team, sooner or later they'll both be in synch with eachother and you'll win the race!
