I actually would like to thank both you and Sentinel for keeping an eye on my journal - and the advice you have both given. Part of the reason I'm so psyched to go to the gym is posting here when I get back. It really does help knowing people are reading.

To be honest, I wasn't sure that I'd be willing to keep up a journal, but the thought of not logging a work out has already saved me from missing a workout twice!
