Top 5 things I like about Rippetoe's SS so far...
5) It is brief but intense
4) All the squatting seems to burn a ton of calories
3) It provides clear goals every time I step into the gym
2) It makes me do squats. I guarantee I'd be lord of the leg press machine if I were left on my own to rationalize my way out of it!
