That sucks man, nothing worst than an injury. Shoulders in my opion are one of the worst (right sentinal) they effect so much of the workout. The good thing is that you can still workout, just not as heavy. Hopefully it dosn't take long... R U going to get treatment ?
I might be joining you. I thought my rotator was fucked as well (back from 5x5) then I thought it was better.Then it got bad again from doing heavy presses.
So I found out it's my AC joint. I'm being treated and it shouldn't take long to get back....mornings are the worst (tight as fuck). I'm getting ultra sound done (helps with inflamation) and electro shock (helps with pain).also band exercises. Hopefully it doesn't take long.
