I'm gonna stick it out for a bit and see how it gets. If it gets worse or doesn't get better after a bit of time then I'll get it treated. Being a student I have no money and need beer, so treatment will only drain my beer fund
I did an HST workout today and the only time I felt discomfort was in the shoulder presses. Other than that I should be good for a run of HST.
The worse part is that I didn't fuck it up during a workout. I kinda just woke up one day and it was fucked. I definitely didn't sleep on it or something gay like that
