That's not how it always works, bro. I want everyone to listen to this because so many just don't seem to get it. I've had injuries, we've all had injuries. Most people seem to think that their injury is either a direct result of ONE gym session or they just don't know what the fuck happend. Well, MOST shoulder injury's are chronic overuse injuries. It's a slow process of wear and tear until a point is reached where it blows a gasket or at least becomes more appearent.
Like the others said a correct diagnosis is very important. Shoulder problems don't tend to go away on their on. And if you insist on thinking it is some kind of acute injury, once it gets better you are likely to go back and fuck it up all over again. But make no bones about it. It's not like you're an old man with deteriorating joints. It didn't just
happen. It was things that you did.
