ok so when i wake up in the morning i have
-morning- 1 cup of oatmeal, yogurt, banana
-lunch- what ever school has
-come home right after school- Cup of oatmeal mixed with milk and 1 scoop of whey weight gainer 22oo.
-workout-
-post workout- 2 cans of tuna mixed with strawberr yogurty, 1 banana, protein shake
-dinner- 4-5 bowls of white rice and what ever my mom cooks
(bc i'm asian..)
-night- go down and have another 1-2 bowls..
I've been eating like that for the last couple of months and made some good gains. But now my weight gain is starting to slow down. So i was wondering if i should switch programs and switch back to it after a while..
