Nope. That's not much detail but basically it's not very much food. I know it probalby seems like a lot, but.....

You need much more protein in the morning. Lots of other stuff. Personally I hate talking about people's diets so I'll let others do that. But swithing programs is what everybody starting out does and mostly what it amounts to is a whole lot of "programs" and very little progress.

Look, the truth is that for many people it's the behaviour outside the gym that is the hardest to do and the most responsible for lack of progress. Some people do some pretty horrible and inappropriate routines but you were doing great ones. It's not the programs. Believe me.
