Eric's right. It's not the program it's the food. You seem to eat healthy, but not enough.

First - morning - you have a good base there, but you have to add some protein. Eggs would be the best choice for morning since they are a fast diegesting protein and your body needs it right away.

Second - snack- A lot of people that go to school tend to use shakes, they are a good source of calories (protein, carbs and fats). Quick and easy.

Lunch - Relying on the school to give you what you need may not be the best thing.I can't say this forsure, so give us some examples of what your school has to offer. You might want to start bringing your own lunch.

So after school you eat again (I don't know how much time has passed) then you work out. Try having something that's not so heavy and will not take so long to diegest. ie: rice and tuna. Your still going to want to wait 1hr before working out.

Right after your workout you should pound back a some protein and carbs( with water) to feed your muscles...very important; some say you have a 1/2 hr window. But personally I do this within minutes if not during my last set.

Then come home and have your rice with whatever (protein) your mom cooks up.

Befor bed do what your doing with the rice, but have some protein in their to. Some people don't like to have carbs before bed, buy your only 117lbs (height ???) and you said you wanted to gain weight.

Some people (Kane) have been known to wait up in the middle of the night and pound back another shake. Not a bad idea if your waking up to go the washroom. I wouldn't suggest setting your alarm or anything since sleep is very important for growth aswell.

These are only suggestions....One thing is forsure your not eating enough now....Good luck
