Just for the hell of it.. Why would you do the advanced program when you're relatively new to lifting? I understand that newbies generally take the first piece of eye pleasing candy they see, but there's no way under the sun you could stand to benefit from planned overreaching. Guess it doesn't matter. If you WERE to make "great progress", then there's no reason to dip your stick in the next piece of eye candy is there??

Doeth as you will. I don't see DFHT working any better than what you were already doing.
