Missed saturday's workout due to illness. Still feel like crudcakes but I'm going in tonight anyhow (Yesterday I felt like crudcakes that were runover by a steam roller!). Fell off my diet completely and lost 5 lbs over three days - an entire belt notch - this angers me, but I couldn't force it in (and I was sleeping about 12 hours a day!) Had to lecture yesterday (in front of 250 undergrads) for three hours and even that minimal effort gassed me. Been packing in food for the last 24 hours and hoping it goes well.
