Over the years of training I kinda got the mentality that "I'm invincible"...not quite like that, but thats the best wording I've got right now...injuries do suck and it can happen to ANYONE. No doubt. I had PERFECT form on the bench press, but found out too quickly that doing a super heavy 3 x 3 flat bench on Monday, and a heavy REST/PAUSE low incline smith on Thursday is bad news.

Ouch! But after a long rehab, I've learned my lesson. Sometimes minor injuries are a Godsend because they snap you back into reality without really setting you back months.
