I did mean both cases, but the reference I had "off hand" happened to be in whey. With the BCAA's I was taking before (seperate from whey) they had a 4:3:1 ratio (4g 3g and 1g).

With the N-Large 2 it has 5.4g Leucine, 3.28g Iso, and 3.0g Valine

So with 3 of those shakes and prob 5 doses of those BCAAs it would put me to 35g, 24g, and 14g (roughly speaking). The N-Large in this case gave just as much as the additional supps. This combo is close to a 2.5:2:1 ratio.

I'm not doing this right now, but I was more or less curious about how that would work out on a long term scale.
