I'm not sure how much your daily intake is and assuming your eating 2-3 burgers, its a comparison of 30-45grams (veggie) vs 50-75grams. Plus I'm also assuming you're gonna have these maybe once or twice a week.
Personally I would go with the beef ones because you're getting more bang for your buck with the protein.
But with a smaller calorie intake where you dont' have to force feed multiple meals a day, its easy enough to make up those 20 odd grams with another meal.
If your daily calories are fairly low, I would say eat whichever you prefer
If your calories are high, go with the beef
