All things in moderation! Not only have I seen people who drink soy milk I used to be one (for various reasons). But don't isolate single dietary variables. Not only can you have too much soy milk you can have too much fiber (in vegan diets), shortages, all sorts of problems. Overreliance on a limited diet is bad in the long run, no doubt about it, with much of the problem coming from digestive disturbances. But if you look at one thing someone consumes and blame that on whatever shortcomings you percieve then you are making the same mistake as the people who perpetuate this airy fairy pseudo-science .

As per my usual take on soy: I wouldn't consume LARGE quantities of soy products made with soy concetrate. The traditional fermented products are much better. If you want to use a lot of soy use a soy isolate and if you turn into a woman, I'll eat my hat. BTW, the addtion of methionine to soy isolate has improved it's BV. I don't really care one way or another I just don't like the BS info.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
