Squat 3x5 @ 140 <-- + 65lbs since Jan 4th.
Military Press: 1x5, 1x4, 1x5 @ 100 <-- Not sure what happened here. I'm assuming I didn't take enough time between sets one and 2. I'll re-hit this weight next time as I want that 100 legit.
Pendlay Rows: 3x5 @ 140
Hammer pullups: 2 x 8 @ 60lb assist
Standing Ab Pulldowns: 3x10@30
I'm very thankful I have two days of rest coming. Me arse is tired.
